Joshua M. Sharfstein, MD, is Associate Dean for Public Health Practice and Training and faculty in Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He serves on the Board of Population Health and Public Health Practice of the Institute of Medicine and on the editorial board of JAMA. Previously, Dr. Sharfstein served as Secretary of the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; Principal Deputy Commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration; Commissioner of Health for Baltimore City; and minority professional staff and health policy advisor for Congressman Henry A. Waxman. 

Ivo Abraham, PhD, MS, is Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science at the College of Pharmacy and in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the College of Medicine at the University of Arizona; a member of the University of Arizona Center for Health Outcomes and PharmacoEconomic Research and the Cancer Center; and an expert for the Innovative Medicines Initiative, a joint undertaking of the European Union and the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations to stimulate drug development in Europe.

Ali McBride, PharmD, MS, is Clinical Coordinator of Hematology/Oncology of Pharmacy at the University of Arizona Cancer Center. He also serves as Secretary of the Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC).
