Southern Arizona Homeless Veterans Program Clothing Drive

 Please join the Veteran's Advocacy Clinic, the Federalist Society, and the American Consitution Society as we host a clothing drive for homeless veterans in honor of Veterans Day. The Drive will start Monday, Nov. 6th and end Thursday Nov. 16th. A donation box will be placed in the lobby.

Jennifer Harchick, U.S. Patent & Trademark Office Attorney

Jennifer A. Harchick, USPTO Office of Enrollment and Discipline staff attorney, will address important topics related to the USPTO, including employment opportunities, and her career at USPTO.  Ms. Harchick was formerly engaged in private practice for patent, trademark, and copyright litigation; patent and trademark counseling; patent and trademark prosecution; rendering opinions on patentability, infringement and patent validity issues; and licensing of intellectual property.  In addition to being admitted to practice in patent cases before the USPTO, she is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Virginia and Ohio, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
